They rip you off when you Subscribe they charge you $7.95 for one week’s Sunday paper when I can go buy it in the store cheaper don’t subscribe buy your papers in the store. The customer service representatives are very rude and want to argue and not solve your problems.

Worst service ever for a low grade newspaper. Lucky if I get the paper once a week let alone the 4 days I pay for. Talked to the subscription manager several times with only excuses. He can't do his job, no wonder the carriers don't do theirs. Save your money and get the TCTIMES.

I've been owed $8.77 for 5 months. I've called several times, and they're response is "The checks in the mail". I hate the Flint Journal and I hope they go out of business.
