William Griffin, this is one of thee worst McDonald's I've EVER been to. The customer service and food are both horrible. Please look at my review about this McDonald's. I've even contacted the corporate office and they were supposed to be investigating my reported issues and sending it to a local owner who never got back in touch with me. I would NEVER recommend this McDonald's restaurant to ANYONE!!
I go to the McDonalds on liberty Rd, right off of Rollin rd. And I never have that problem. However, if the food is cold you can always return it for fresh hot food.
Maybe there was some type of hold up. Things happen in a fast food establishment.
