As a resident since September 2021, the entire leasing office staff has changed since I moved in. If that doesn’t tell you what you need to know, I don’t know what will. They are not knowledgeable about anything that happens within the complex, they do not answer phone calls, and have a terrible attitude every time you approach them in person. I have made complaints about finding kids smoking in the gym and the equipment being broken as a result of the locks not working and have yet to see any effort in making repairs or fixing the security. The gates to the actual complex are never working, so if you’re looking for a “gated” community… keep looking, this is not it. We have random fire alarms that go off in the middle of the night with no explanation or apology and when I ask the leasing office about it, they have no idea that they even occurred. About a week ago, there were about 5-6 fire and police cars present because there was an actual fire that happened in the building at night and we NEVER got notified by the leasing office. I only knew an actual fire happened because I went and asked the firefighters myself. When I went to the leasing office the next morning to discuss it, they once again had no idea what happened. Our pool didn’t open until mid June, 3-4 weeks after Memorial Day with no explanation as to why the delay and we didn’t find out about the pool opening date or any other information related to the pool until the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. This is a pricey complex that is considered “luxury” without luxury service attached. I love my actual apartment space, even with it being overpriced but that is the ONLY thing good about this place.

Apartment wasn't ready at move in. Management refused to fix anything for the entirety of our lease, including a MISSING kitchen cabinet drawer. Leasing office never picks up phone or responds to emails. They will scam you at move-out, LYING about fake damages. Too bad for them that we have proof otherwise. If you are thinking about moving here, please PLEASE reconsider... This community has been the absolute worst rental experience I've ever had. Seriously regret leasing with Paradise Management.

The worst experience of my life…. We recently got a new building manager and they don’t respond via phone or email. I’ve also reach out to them today when I spoke to a woman about the mistake their system made by only taking out $29 when I purposely left more than enough in my checking to pay my rent which was about $1550. Today I tried to call the office again and no response. I come home and find an eviction notice for 5 days at this point I want to break my lease. My money is just as good as anyone else’s and to be treated in such disregard is beyond me. Good luck if you decide to take a chance here I will pray for you personally

I lived at Greenwich Place for 8 years, and that in itself should tell you how extremely happy I am living here. The office and maintenance staff are all very friendly and respectful. Lori the Apartment Manager takes extremely good care of the townhomes, Hi rise apartments, and the surrounding grounds. The Hi rise apartment hallways was just re-painted with a beautiful olive and creme colors. It looks super classy. I love it here, I feel very safe with the parking garage, apartment alarm system, and elevators. I would actually buy my apartment if they were to change over to Condos. I have a beautiful view of the pool area outside my bedroom windows. No complaints here. This is my home. I feel very blessed to be able to live here.
