I'm never going to this one again we waited 15 minutes in the middle of the day in the Drive-Thru and they didn't even have my order which I placed in the app before I even pulled in line. Today was okay and lately the service has been okay

Absolute worst. Placed an order tonight with my reward, just to be told there wasn't any nuggets. The manager than removed that deal. Another 5 minutes later I was told they do have it and since it was their error it's on them just let the person at the next window know. I handed my receipt to one employee and explained about my nuggets deal. Another employee handed me my order with out the nuggets. So Another employee comes to the window with an attitude asking what I was waiting for. I told her about the nuggets mix up and she rolled her eyes and got the rest of my meal than I asked for barbecue for my 20 piece nuggets well she returned with 2 and had just nasty energy. Employees like this shouldn't work the window. I won't be returning to this location oh yeah the wait was like 25 minutes.

First of all they should put a sign up to say which door they decide will be closed and which open. It seemed as if they were closed. Until you try all the doors. I'm a driver so i needed to use the bathroom but as u can see. I'm not sure if customers are even allowed 😕 pass these trash cans they lined up. To top it all off. Nobody pay me any mind I stood here for while before anybody acknowledged me. Left and came back still waiting for somebody to take my order. Everybody is busy on break on in the drive thru. Not even the manager said a word to me. This person here never spoke. I was about to leave
