Idk, I don't live there, but we do visit the park behind it, and I've never really had any real issues at the park. The surrounding neighborhood is actually pretty nice and you see all types of people there. The apartments look sketchy, but I think it's one of the nicer complexes in the area just because it's right on the edge of where the nicer community is.
