You can bring drinks or food to eat or drink outside in the picnic area but not in the pool. Also no inner tubes or floatys are aloud
I have taken in a water bottle when I exercise upstairs and they didn't say anything. I don't know if they allow it or just didn't see it. I don't take anything into the pool area, though. Too tough to keep track of it.
