Great staff, caring and loving towards the pets. They take the time to answer all questions. They are just on the pricey side; other than that they are awesome. UPDATED its almost impossible to get dr appts and when you FINALLY get an appt they cancel it...but wait they will find another appointment hours away from where you live. Seriously?? The staff has changed and are not as nice as they used to be.

They are great and they treat my little Cleo so good. Had it not been for them my dog would have likely loss vision in her eye. Luckily I took her to them and they got us on the right path.

My puppy had her third puppy series. The vet never came to talk to me about the health of my puppy. I’ve only met a vet once. No one comes to talk to you and discuss anything about your pet, ever. I was never told that my puppy could have a reaction to the lepto vaccine, and when we got home, she started wincing and crying anytime we attempted to pick her up. Her two front legs underneath her are in severe pain, why? I called at 4pm, it said they’re closed. The website says they are open until 5pm on a Sunday, we live far. Called again and phone lines said they were closed?! Called today, and they verified with me she received her vaccines in her two front legs? Huh?! How was the vaccine given? They don’t let you go back with your pets at all. So you have no clue what goes on?! Would have been nice for someone to tell me this could be an issue. Was told today to just give her some Benadryl, no vet was available to talk to over the phone either. All I’ve ever spoke to is someone who answers the phone or a tech?! I’m not feeling confident in this place at all. I’m about to check reviews and see if others are sharing similar experiences, and find another alternative. Don’t bring your pet here, find a place that lets you be a part of the experience so you can’t watch and not just wait in a lobby hoping they are good to your pets. It’s surreal.

Really isn't what it used to be. Staff used to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Now the front staff won't even look at you and seem angry all the time. The turnover leaves me with a new veterinarian every checkup and they seem to be more interested in pushing sales than caring for our beloved pets. The last appointment I had was 30 minutes late to begin (as usual) for an eye infection that still hasn't even resolved 3 weeks later. No follow up calls or check ins; seems once they have your payment they could careless. Been with them for 20 years and am actively seeking alternatives. I don't recommend you waste your time or money her for your furry loved ones.

It is pet insurance in my eyes. It comes in handy when ur dog is sick or gets hurt. I get to call the vet whenever she gets sick or hurt and they are very helpful with any questions I have. It comes in handy and is not expensive monthly.
