Are salads a la carte? Is just bread included in meal? Just curious

I am a hostess at Maggianos and yes salads are a la carte and water, bread and oil are brought to the table before you order to give you something to munch on as your looking over the menu and waiting for your food after you order! Bread is not the only appetizer it is just a free one that is provided! If you have any other questions id be glad to help

Salads are al la carte. Bread and oil come to table for free as an appetizer. You don't really get anything with the meal besides your pasta since the serving is huge.
