Does anyone ever answer the phone. I have been calling for days and waiting 15-20 minutes on the line with no answer. Now I just call leave it on speaker phone for the Christmas music. I have since moved on and made my purchases elsewhere.

They usually do, try calling them again, and if that doesnt work, come into the specific location and ask for customer service in person.
