The person in cell phone section really did not want to sell us phone we wanted and then sent us to customer service to synch phones. First time (I've been told no they don't sink them when they always have in past along with putting the protective screen on)She just wanted nothing to do with our sale. We buy lots from best buy and this is first time I have to say that girl really was not helpful, friendly and just couldn't be bothered cause we weren't purchasing the 400.00 phone she wanted to sell us. I am almost tempted to get a hold of Motorola and let them know that particle sales person bad mouthed their product "cause she really doesn't like it" Oh and by way good thing we are honest. Nobody asked for receipt at all. We got to car asked hubby if he paid and no he didn't and neither did I do we went back to make sure we paid for what we had.

Your best bet always get the warranty my son has broke his cloud alpha two head set like 20 times we just get a new pair then pay 20 bucks for a new warranty ..so basically we get a 89 to 99 dollar head phones no questions asked and on the spot every time they break for twenty bucks
I do not believe Best Buy will purchase used electronics from people. You may want to find a local gaming store or local electronics shop.

I haven't had a problem with this store. My guess is the timing of your call. They will take care of the customers in front of them before those calling.
