Hi, I have a vinyl fence keep touching it with tractor tire now have tire rubber on fence . How do I clean the rubber off the fence pleas ?

Try using simple green, or a magic eraser. If that doesn't work, use 800 grit sandpaper with water

Spray some simple green on the magic eraser and buff it out.
