You will get taxed on where u live so you will pay NY tax.. I bought my car out of state in PA and had to pay NJ tax
Not sure but I live in PA and was thinking about buying in DE, they told me you pay home state tax. You may want to check with the dealer you are thinking of buying from
You would have to call the dealer. Pa sales tax is 6%. 7 or 8% in some counties. Not sure if there are higher taxes for luxury cars or out of state residents. The dealer would be able to give you more accurate information.
