We went to Kelly Toyota in search of a new pickup recently. We were given all kinds of excuses as to why they couldn't help us. I understand times are tough for car dealerships, but they didn't even bother to try. "Ordering a new one takes too long, there is a 6 month waiting list" (so??), "there is really nothing out there" (yes there is!), "I'll keep your name in case anything comes in" (but you won't help us order a new one!). These were the comments we received from the sales person. We felt like we were trying to sell THEM on selling us a vehicle. Perhaps we didn't "look" like potential buyers; perhaps the sales person didn't feel like extending herself to do her job - I don't know. We aren't difficult people, we just wanted to buy a truck. We went down to Krause Toyota and were treated with such respect. Krause was so helpful and knowledgeable - and they went out of their way to help us get our beautiful new Toyota Tundra! Kelly Toyota can learn a lot from Krause!
