If I have an appointment why am I still waiting here over an hour and still nothing??? What was the appointment for???

@sheila one hour wait isn't bad for DFW metro plex . Its a huge city and lots of people needs there services. There staffs are doing a fantastic job

They are 2 month behind and trying to play catch up between each physical and phone customer.

You have to make an appointment online I was there 30 minutes.

I agree.

They even take appointments on Saturday Saturday about a month ago we waited about 20 minutes total

Because we are in the middle of a pandemic and waiting an hour with an appointment is way better than waiting 6 hours without one like we did before.
