Why put the phone number if no one answers? Ive been on the phone for an hour to get lab results.

I swear that is so annoying... why have a phone number that is ONLY AUTOMATED???? I have to drive all the way just to see if they have my orders. And it’s a SATURDAY..... Jeeze.

Try creating an online account. I made an online account with them, this made it easy to check lab results and saved me on unnecessary trips.

They're really BUSY ALL of the time.
