Do you repair EGO products. The string trimmer I inherited does not work. Cleaning the connections had no effect.
However the leaf blower operates great using the same battery.

Classic Turf in Mansfield is listed on the EGO website as a dealer. You may try them. Otherwise I would call EGO to get a dealer.
