Hello, Yes but it depends on which machine you have, and what the damage is. Sometimes keys can just be repaired, sometimes the mechanism underneath is too damaged to be repaired. If you want to come by, we can look at the machine and let you know! Thanks!

You should call them, but most people do installs of operating systems themselves for free. I am not sure if high Sierra is still available though.
Sorry Rich, while we do most things Apple, I would suggest contacting your provider. When you have fulfilled your contract they will unlock it for free.
