I've tried to call this store to check on why my order has not been delivered at its scheduled time and no one answers the phone. I have tried 5 times.

Use the web site chat. It is much faster

It is the most ill-managed store there is. Even if your call is answered you are likely to get wrong information

Call customer service in. Arkansas...that perticular one is the headquarters and will make sure you are satisfied

They'll hang up on you as well

Experienced the same thing. They may be extremely busy, try calling early mornings
