Why will they not answer the phone? It rings and rings and then hangs up. I've tried for days as my delivery order which is paid for has not been delivered for 2 days. It was supposed to arrive from store yesterday.

Because no one actually works there we even have to check out our own groceries now. If I wanted to bag groceries I'd work for grocery store myself. Albertsons is a better choice then walmart or try HEB there great

There's a lack of genuine management. The employees are too busy chit chatting and walking around with their airpods on. If you are going to have something delivered then I would suggest it be picked up at a different location.

Possibly depends on the time and the day. Some times are a lot busier than others and sometimes they are lightly staffed. Not really good.. The customer service number will generally answer and handle most things. I believe it's a walmart.com number(1-800 or 1-866) and not a local area store.
