For something like that, it would be best to make a trip and speak to their hiring manager.
Thank you for the advice wil Engle. But I asked those questions so it can fit into my schedule. I understand that it’s not pleasent and can show the company that I’m not interested in working there Only to fit my hours. But that’s why I put the post here to make sure if I were to go in for an interview. And how else am I supposed to ask a question like that. I’m a full time student and study a lot. I also need a job that can fit my schedule. If I couldn’t go one day because of studying then I wouldn’t know what to do. Also I would love to work at a place like this to gain experience in retail so I never intended to sound rude I guess I just didnt know how else to ask.
I don't have any idea. I have never worked for Micro Center and have no idea what their hiring pratices are. I will say that if you are going into the employment Field and young it's not a good idea to be trying to dictate the hours and days you can or can't work. As a long time Employer and Corporate VP fir Intel, American Airlines and CEO of three large Companies if someone approached our HR Department with those type questions his or her application went into the shredder. As a student I can suggest that you inquire about DECA at your school that would give you time during the day to work as part of your education. I've used DECA students for three decades and it's resulted in them getting a full time slot upon graduation should they wish. It also gives them a Huge Bonus when applying for work after they graduate. I shar this because lots of stores bring on "Interns"in order to groom that individual into a better employee. You will need to learn Customer Service.
