Yes all that stuff is close by I don't know how much it cost because it's not my thing but I guess I'll put it on my bucket list
No camping on-site, but a number of campgrounds up and down the coast, not too far off. The trail to the end of the bluff is under construction, so no full access to the most direct view of the falls.
The area with the falls did not have camping. It is really closed and being rebuilt with better facilities. The area is amazing so go online to look for camping
