Yes but not all of it, due to subsidence. You can still travel far enough along it to see the waterfall though. Park in the car lot across the road and then take the tunnel path. The view is still amazing and worth the trip!

The waterfall trail was only open for about 500 ft, to the first lookout point. The other waterfall trails were closed as of the March 18th.
