Do you cook meat for orders?

This is a meat shop they do some smoking of like ham hocks and things like that but they don't cook meat but I will tell you this that's the best meat market I live in the Sacramento area and I travel every month up there I don't buy my meat nowhere else but there

Meats are not cooked here. They do some smoking of meats like hams and jerky, but that's about it. Swingles is a butcher shop.
