No they do not, in fact if you even try calling the phone number will just ring continuously without ever being answer. That is quite ridiculous.
Not true. I just called BPS at 2:30 on the 23rd of Dec 2018 and the phone was answered after just a few rings. I've never had a problem getting an answer. I think it's just timing or a karma thing.
They always answer. Usually after just a couple rings. Very helpful staff, lots of good info. If you've never been to one of these stores, it's basically all of the outdoors in a store. They have rivers, lakes tanks, golf and archery courses, and the most ridiculous selection of fishing lures on the planet.

I have called 5 times today. An hour or two a part. Phone rings 50 times, no answer
Whether they answer is hit or miss. Right now it's their busy season and in the last week they did not pick up twice (out of the maybe 7 times I've called)
