This was my 1st time here My grandaughtercand I were impressed. Lots of cool attractions. The enormous aquarium and enormous Bass 🐟 fish, the man made mountain ⛰️ & enormous building packed with cool sporting goods was fun to see & shop. I'm glad we stopped. Issue: I bought my grandaughter a Bass T--shirt & cap. I paid with two $20 bills. After I left; I realized I was missing a crisp new $100. Bill. I may have dropped it there or it was stuck to a $20. I have called them for 4 days so see if they found it. They never answered the phone. I left a message and did not get a call back. THIS IS STRANGE FOR SUCH A ENORMOUS COMPANY.

Nalaya pantaleo (Nunu)

Lovely place, sad to see how over the years the water features in Bass Pro have gotten filled with algae but so far every place I’ve gone to has friendly staff, great choices, nice products, and there’s even a big lovely pond outside filled with ducks! I went on Monday and the baby ducklings were just adorable!

Clean place. I take my kids here all the time. Although the people working by the fish tank selling whatever they are or offering is annoying and sometimes rude. I steer away from talking or coming in contact witj them which sucks because it the offshore section I shop at. I hate that I can't shop peacefully.
