They tax at their state sales tax only. They do not have special tax rate on fireworks like PA does.
They tax it I believe it's the same as here, if not less.
No taxes from what I know.
I think they are included with the price.
I don't know sorry , they give you a consent form to sign my Husband had a copy he had to fill out should he cone back and want to purchase ,he didn't buy anything as the prices were too much for us
