I have shopped at the Meridian Road store for years. This year, they didn't have what I wanted in stock. But, the Boardman store did. After the long trek to Boardman, I found that the trip was well worth it. They had everything in stock that I wanted. The customer service was truly amazing! I had the pleasure of meeting Nick, who is a manager at the Boardman store. He took his time assisting me with selection and helped me make the most of my money by using the deals they were running at the time. Nick provided me with one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Thank you, Nick! I hope Phantom Fireworks appreciates what an asset you are to the company. Next year I'll be visiting the Boardman store first.

Spent over 500 dollars here. Set fireworks off last night and half of the big boxes did not go off properly. They did not launch up just blew up on the ground. Do not buy the new Yorker finale box! They ran a sale on these and when we lit it it just exploded on the ground. Some finale! Will not purchase from phantom again! Don't recommend wasting your money.

I was very pleased with the selection and the amount of stock they had at this location. Every employee I asked gave me very detailed answers to all of my questions. Great place for the family to get some awesome fireworks! Go phantom!!
