I’m honestly at a loss for words, I’ve never been so upset with a nail service in my life. I was one of their first appointments of the day and I was completely rushed through. The man had me pay before applying any polish and as soon as I paid, he became so lazy with my nails. His next client came in and he immediately started rushing. The snowflakes on both of my hands are smudged, they smeared when he put on a clear coat and didn’t feel the need to fix it. There is a small black hair under the clear coat of polish on my right hand. I’m honestly shocked the designs were this bad. I’ve heard nothing but good comments about this place from family and friends and to go there and have a poor experience really leaves me feeling disappointed. A waste of my time and money. Not only that, but after he was done applying polish, he grabbed my belongings for me and rushed me over to the drying station and then went back to his seat to start on his next clients nails. So upset and disappointed.

Okay so where do I begin? First and foremost everyone is incredibly friendly, I enjoyed my time here for sure. I am in the military and flew in to visit the in-laws and after reading reviews I decided to give it a try. I was definitely not disappointed AT ALL. I loved the work and how professional everyone was. My nails came out exactly what I wanted, and everything was super clean! I RECOMMEND IT!!! THANK YOU FOR SPOILING ME!!!!
