They are super slow, unfriendly, and the lines are always out of the door. They only ever have 2 people working and they have no sense of urgency. Never go there!

I would call the specific store you plan on going to, to be sure..i tried to upgrade once,and they tried to double talk me into spending more then the spectrum people on the phone told me
