Horrible experience. No way to treat customers who pay top dollar for internet? Phone and cable tv services. I returned spectrum equipment to this location, in its original boxes that spectrum shipped them to my house in. This store manager informed me that I had to take the empty boxes with me and put them in the dumpster because they had no way of disposing them??? I refused and left the boxes there. How awful of spectrum to ask the paying customer to take out their trash!!! I am deeply considering canceling all of pmy services with Spectrum.

Terrible service! More than an hour and they don't attend you even if you have an appointment! The staff that works in this place leaves a lot to be desired, they are useless and they do not solve anything for you!

They are super slow, unfriendly, and the lines are always out of the door. They only ever have 2 people working and they have no sense of urgency. Never go there!
