Yes the phone system will route your call to the desired department or you can speak with reception if you need additional assistance during normal hours of operation.
In case of an emergency or a need they are not always available. Operating a facility in this line of work there should be someone available 24/7 I get hang ups and no one to reach. Very unprofessional!
