The website is acllaboratories.com. Select location. It will then show you available days and times. At the location I go to, even with the appointment, you still have to go to registration first so you can provide the proper paperwork to the lab technician.
Go to ACL's website. Look for ACL center locations. It will list all the locations. There is a column on the far right that says NOTES. There should be a tab for appointments. Click and it will let you know what slots are available. I hope this helps.
