So angry right now. My Mother had a blood test here last week, and the bruise on her arm is the size of three golf balls. Some medications DO make you bruise, they say, but NOT like that ! She called, but they were very unfeeling about it. It's the one on Luther Lane. I'm not thru with them yet. Her arm is stiff and the bruise is horrible ! I've filed complaints with the supervisor and the BBB. Looking for the proper Health Department to report it to. Never seen ANYTHING like this. Will ATTACH pictures later.

Very good staff never had a problem with them missing a vein . Yes it can get busy but so do grocery stores . On the other hand I have been there and waiting times have been less than two minutes. Again the employees are well trained and good at what they do , 5 stars from a long time customer.

You can just walk in. The lab appointment is more of a placeholder. ACL lab accepts walk ins from 630am to 5pm M-F.
The website is acllaboratories.com. Select location. It will then show you available days and times. At the location I go to, even with the appointment, you still have to go to registration first so you can provide the proper paperwork to the lab technician.
