This people are the worst human on the planet the discriminate people even we supervisor get involved sad we paying them to help this people in need and all they do is talk to them like they less then human

They hurd you around like cattle and make sure that you have to bring them back some more info to complete your case

Hopefully some people will heed your advice 😉 I do have one teensy little disagreement with something that was said however. *"Lastly, We DON'T PAY them; our government does!"* Technically, no. We don't pay them, personally. But, we ALL pay taxes. And we *are* the government. "BY the people, FOR the people" The Department of Human Services *IS* a publicly funded organization. Funded by the taxpayers, us. Every single one of us. So, to a certain degree, we *do* have a right, possibly even a duty, to hold those in public positions accountable. Of course yelling, cursing, or treating an individual badly is NOT ok, and that is in no way what I'm advocating. And it's counter-productive. I believe we should be asking what management & higher is doing about specific problems/issues. That's all. ☺️☺️

I personally felt this way about having to seek outside help in the first place! Seeing I wasn't the ONLY one seeking assistance helped me knock that chip from my own shoulder. They service over 300 people daily who feel the same way. It's not your fault or their fault you're in a situation of needing temporary assistance, it's just the way it is right now! Check the website BEFORE you go so that you can have ALL necessary documents, that helps the line move faster. They don't decide what information is needed, our government dictates those requirements! It is a hassle; but if we ALL show some patience, kindness, and humility we can make a bad situation better for ALL! Would you like it if you came to a job every day just to be cursed and disrespected for doing your job; NO paycheck is worth that! Lastly, We DON'T PAY them; our government does! They aren't the ONLY ones who need combat pay! Feeling less than human is actually how we come thru the door; it's ok- they want to help!
