They told me the corporate office is in chicago.thats why my w2 have Chicago address.but my social security number is still wrong on the w2.my tax preparer will file a corrected w2 with the irs.they are giving me the run around in Newnan at help at home.maybe they need to be audited by the irs
Definitely go speak with your HR representative. Maybe someone with that wrong social- is the one that works with my office. The Chicago Branch, I know that it has corporate office in the same building but again that's us here in Chicago/Illinois state. So I would suggest bringing your social security card with you to your office to HR to change it.
