This agency’s unprofessional starting with upper management on down to receptionist at the front desk. You never receive call backs in the appropriate time after leaving numerous voicemails because no one ever answers the phone. In addition to that, they care very little about the clients needs I will be reporting them to DOA. Horrible!!! agency just horrible.

Addus home care cut my hours for my grandma right before she had her knee surgery May 13,2019. They cut my hours three days before that. I had my grandma 6 days a week to 2 days a week now. I asked why they say because she can basically do most of the things on her own. Of course I explained to my supervisor that she was going in for surgery for her knee replacement. She says call her back when she does. I also told her I need another client if y'all are cutting my hours I can't pay my bills off working two days a week smh. My new client( which by the way I enjoy doing my service for her) I only have her 2 days a week. My grandma is at a rehabilitation center right now because she has fallen two times on her knee because I'm not there with her 6 days. I have called and called. Her insurance company has called. Her social worker has called ADDUS. No call back yet. But they want you to keep coming to these meetings ever three months to repeat the same damn thing every meeting for 4 hours. I be tired, hungry and mad and ready to go. I'll be finding me another job soon. I love helping the elderly but this little money ain't cutting it. My bills dont agree lol

My elderly father is confused and the homemaker from this agency used his confusion to her advantage. Over many months she depleted his meager savings asking him to write checks in her name amounting to thousands of dollars. It's under police investigation. The agency couldn't care less. They hire the lowest scum to work for them.

I have constant issues with this company. I had no service for a month. Then when I had service.. The worker was +15mins when this person came. She took off at least once per week & I have not had service, for at least 5 days.I have gone a full month without service. No updates, nothing! When the manager doesn’t want to talk to you... you get her voicemail!

I've been here for 5 yrs now Not really the best company to work for but it's a job. Payroll is always a problem and they don't compensate for Holliday's unless you work an extra day and no OT even if u work it no more than 40 hrs a week ...😢
No, there is no paid training. They stated people would take the training, get paid and not work for company. I've been with them 2 and half years, I do not believe that has changed.

With the pay, there must have been some sort of error on your time sheet....if you are using that. With the device, it NEVER makes a mistake. Used both and never had problems. The supervisor part, your guess is as good as mines.
