Peaple have different opinions on how they should be treated. I have stopped at quite a few Triumph Dealerships across the country. I feel more welcomed at BMW than ANYWHERE else. The staff is friendly and willing to answer questions. GREAT PLACE. I give them 5 Stars.
Dropped off my bike after coordinating weeks in advance. 7 hour drive to get there. No parts. They forgot to order them. 3 week lead time. Bike ran when I dropped it off. 6 weeks and 800 dollars later it is not rideable. I took it to KS city BMW and they diagnosed the real problem within hours. I wouldn't let the mech in Plano touch my lawnmower. It's amazing they're an authorized service center. Derek the service advisor was pleasant and helpful, but it's clear the mechanics run the svc dept and it is disorganized chaos. Horrible experience overall.
