I've had three addresses and I'm still here
As soon as you have an address they will let you leave an address that you can go to
if you mean leave like parole out to an address, anytime they submit one. otherwise about one to two weeks. they need to take intake classes see parole gather signatures and then submit their schdule to be approved before they can leave out the facility
1 to 2 weeks it depends on how quickly you complete the classes required and mandated by parole.
