If there were negative stars it would be -50 at the very least. I had the "Honor" of staying there on four or five times. Food kept body & soul together plus on the weekends you could order delivery from 3 or 4 places. Job councilor would purposely screw you out of any jobs. It did have razor wire when I was there. Every morning cops would take someone to jail, and people going AWOL was a regular thing. I personally got out the right way twice. The first time and the last, when I got off mandatory supervision on Christmas Day!!!!, The other times I saved up my johnny sacks & left on a work search pass that way I had a 4hr. headstart. Unless the parole people followed, which they did. 6-7 to a room and Everytime I got sent there it was mostly the same crowd that was there when I left.

You can call the front desk and they should be able to help you. The facility is called Core Civic. I wish I could be of more help but my husband was recently released from this facility.The phone there will charge like a dollar per minute.
How can I find out if my son is there and when can I visit him?
I wouldn't. Mail tends to vanish, and they have no problem holding on to the person's property/items for DAYS or weeks if they even get it.

There is no dog kennel on the facility and they would leave as soon as we could get them out

I am a resident and we are allowed 4 of each, shirts pants shoes.. as our family members bring things we accumulate more than we are supposed to have but it is rare for tbe staff to take clothing
