This owner is a scam artist at its finest. Tom is up charging all of his product, and on top of that, he is not following wizards of the coast procedure. Time and time again he refuses to give out product. On wizards website, it clearly says if you spend $50 you will receive a promo sol ring. However, Tom is making the requirement $500 dollars. When asked about this he says that “it’s not my problem” and I can charge whatever I want for them” I remember when local game store were a much friendlier place.

We require masks to enter the store. When playing in our game area we require masks to be worn, we also check temps and have the players spray their hands with sanitizer. Everyone in the game room gets a sticker which shows we checked them. Also we try to spread players out. There are also other things we do like spray tables down between matches and other assorted similar precautions. Even though governor has dismissed the COVID requirements we are still practicing them and likely will for several months longer. Any questions please just ask. Thanks, The Owners

They have fixed the charging port on my PS4 controller, so I would assume they can do the switch charger ports as well. They charged $25 for the repair on my PS4 controller if I recall correctly, but the turn around time was at least 6 weeks.
Hello Katie - Yes we work on Switches. Make sure the controllers are connected and charge the Switch for a good 8+ hours until the battery is full. If you can't get it to synch bring it in and let us look at it.
