This GameStop is awesome. Me and my daughter went there today to buy a game and received amazing customer service. Carlos is the one that helped me. He is awesome.

The guy in the goosebumps shirt, glasses, full beard, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He also kept cursing in the store with a small child present.

We weren't acknowledged or said hello too. Obviously standing behind the counter makes you a mute with poor poor customer service. I recommend going somewhere else

My husband recently purchased a new xbox and elite controller. Spent over $700 in store and the "A" button on the controller does not work. I have tried calling several times and so has my husband. We live over an hour from the store and weren't sure if we need to exchange it at the store or contact Microsoft. No one will answer the phone. We get a message that all employees are helping other customers and please call back. I have called 5 times myself. Very unhappy with the customer service and not being able to get an answer.
