Unethical Business, Why does it take you 7 days to return a call to cancel membership? Now you want another month. Why? When i signed up there were no guidelines, just auto draft...I called 10 days before payment due date. took you 7 days to respond

We apologize for not getting back to you sooner. I understand you called in on November 20, 2019 at 4:56pm to cancel your membership. Per the terms of the membership there must be 30 day notice for cancellation. MONTHLY PAYMENTS (Month-to-Month Commitment): This membership is a continuous payment plan that can be canceled with a 30 day notice. EFT is required for this option. You were contacted today and advised that the membership would be cancelled per your request and that the December 1st payment would be processed, but any further payments would be cancelled. Since your account will be drafted on December 1st, you will have access to Sluggers during the month of December.
