Yes, they are doing in store returns. Just bring the items you wish to return and a copy of order confirmation email. Items can also be returned via mail if you do not want to go into a store.
Yes. They allow this. I've done it multiple times. Just make sure you have your order number available. I have found that it is especially useful if you have your confirmation email.
