Talk to customer service if you're really agitated by go in person and actually talk to them and clear it up and if you're polite enough you may not have to even pay for the misunderstanding

Who uses a phone to make calls?
No one answers the main phone at any supercenter. Call the pharmacy and make up a story about how your kid works in online and you have a family emergency. Hopefully they'll page or get a manager to talk to you. Patience. Since moving to Texas and working at a Walmart here they do not care if you call you're never reach the front desk
