Do you rent for extended stays (perhaps 3-months or more)? If so - what is the room rate? NOTE - need only one bed; refrigerator, microwave and/or electric range; no daily cleaning required (perhaps weekly).

They do offer weekly rates. However, microwaves and fridges are an additional $20 each per week. There is only one person that works there and she also lives on property so no weekly cleaning nonetheless daily unless you need clean towels, sheets or toilet paper which you will have to request. The lady who works there is amazing and works with you for whatever you need. However she does not do maid services.

I have stayed here several times but only for 1 night at a time. You will have to contact the motel for the information you need.
