I wish I could give zero stars to this restaurant I have never been in a restaurant where the managers and the general managers are so rude I don’t know how they have stayed in business. If you can go to any other McDonald’s but this one it is absolutely horrifying and I don’t want anybody else to go through what me and my family went through with these people. I have never been in a place where everyone is so disrespectful and unwilling to help and or be helpful. If you can go to any other McDonald’s please go to that one instead like I said I don’t want anyone else to experience what me and my family did.

Awful!! I wish I could rate zero stars. Only twice I’ve been here and both times I sat at the order spot for at-least ten minutes waiting for someone to take my order. At 8:30 pm, no one in the drive thru line, it took ten minutes and still no one asked to take my order. Don’t waste your time. Workers are obviously inside wasting everyone’s time. Go down the street. :)

Average visit to the Golden Arches. Sandwiches were fresh and hot. Chicken nuggets were a little too crispy. Fries were old/overcooked. Updated visit: Holy crow. Almost 20 minutes in the drive thru for a happy meal and a shamrock shake. Do better yall......

So far we have had to sit here while our food got cold because they missed an entire 10 piece McNugget meal when they rang is up (inside) yet the person who ordered it got the cup and the dipping sauce that came with her meal? We had to wait on our quarter pounders to come out, too, while the fries have continued to sit here and get cold. Meanwhile the manager got snotty when we explained what happened, and she gave us a 4 piece "even though you didn't order it."
