the floral department at this store is terrible, not many indoor plants to choose from ,and a lot of them look dead or about to be , can somebody works in that department pls water them? or at least mark them down to get rid of them , nobody would pay full price on dying plants. almost all the clerks in the store are really nice and helpful, but there is a cashier at self check is not very helpful, i don't know her name but i ll find out and mention it on survey later , i talked to her a few times, the experiences are not good, when i have problem with digital coupon, she would not help me to get the price, saying if it is digital coupon, there is nothing she can do about it , we all know it is a lie , there are always ways to help , also when something ring up incorrect, she was not very happy to fix it, i would just avoid talking to her next time. these are the reasons why i gave 3 stars.

No matter what time I go to this location, even on the weekends the deli is closed. Managers simply shrug they're shoulders.

Every time I shop here and bring my groceries home there is ALWAYS something opened or expired it gets really old wasting my hard earned money 4/12/22 Again worst experience ever. Tried to do curbside and they only had 3 items on there that were the right items. I said no substitutions.... Like geesh people... Also couldn't even pay for those 3 items their credit card machine was down so I would have had to go in anyway. I said forget it just cancel the order I'll go to Walmart lol

The store has a general dirty feeling to it, especially in the deli. The icing on the cake is the Pick-Up. I get and understand the labor shortages, etc., but don't let me select a time that won't be available. I received a text at the time my order was due for pickup that they were running behind and to come an hour later. Inconvenient, but not a huge deal. I showed up an hour later to be told that my order hadn't even been started! I was told I could come back the next day (22 hours later). So I did. We showed up at the agreed upon time to be told, again, that our order hadn't even been started. No communication from the store. Two wasted trips and an empty kitchen.
