Is there a weight limit for trash? My bin is really heavy this week. Are bins picked up mechanically by the truck or by workers physically?

Rene, The majority of our trucks have mechanical arms which have a 250LB weight limit on them, however some of the routes we have are serviced by trucks that require the driver to lift the tote up onto the tote dumper. I have checked your account and it looks like you are serviced by one of the trucks with a mechanical arm, I have noted your address to alert the driver to a "heavy can" it will be fine.
