I had my 1st appointment with Christina last week for a neck issue. She recommended dry needling along with my therepy. Best thing I've ever done. Have my next appointment this week. So far am impressed with how much relief I had this week.

Wonderful staff!

From post-op to the end of PT, this crew has the knowledge, skills, and abilities to get someone back to being serviceable again. I had an injury from 17 years ago that the Army didn't want to fix. After retirement, the VA finally did something right and got it taken care of. Christina and her crew got me from unsure of mobility, to ready to start getting my personal cardio regimen up again. Thier standard of care is beyond measure of any other PT providers I've ever seen. With a few more injuries that still need to be repaired, I'm not gonna hesitate to request this crew!! Plus, they made my service dog feel at home and were very flexible in thier approach of him being there.

Worse PT experience I have ever had. Post surgery injury they changed therapist against patients express request without providing any transition of care or medical background. New exercises were contra-indicated based on patients medical history and caused increase in pain/muscular skeletal issues which the therapist IGNORED. Exercises were not monitored. Therapist worked multiple patients at one time. Scheduled sessions with prior therapist were cancelled with no notice to give what appeared to be preference to non-Medicare patients. Intimidated patient by questioning mental health and implying my condition may be life long pain even though I was pain free at discharge for this script which was only 1 months prior!! Insisted on combining orders from two different doctors which had differing frequency and duration. Failed to provide providers with updated plan of care for him to evaluate and update his order as needed. Stay away. Doctors changed order to an alternate PT location in town immediately once they heard my concerns. I did request medical records for those last 5 visits which ATI refused to respond to. I requested they send a survey so that I could formally document my concerns which ATI also failed to respond to. I did escalate my concerns to both the Clinical Director and Corporate Office with either blame shifting response to client or no response at all.
