Great place to eat for a reasonable price. But there's always some people who can't 've pleased. Maybe you should try staying home

So sorry you had a bad experience. We always eat inside and we love it. I would have called in and told the manager.
We most often have great service! Yes, you will have a server who is just learning the ropes... but frankly we need to give them a break!!! At least they are trying to work and not just hold a sign for their way in this world! AND 💯% if you talk to the manager, you would have gotten something free...S&S is awesome!!!

Because steak n shake sucks i have been there 3 times and all 3 times it was horrible.
Food needs to cook but the ice cold part i have no idea
